Hi there! My name is Debi Thomas and I am the founder and President of Northstar, LLC. I have many years of experience working directly with Transition aged students. After 35 years, I wake up every morning with as much enthusiasm and motivation to work with students with disabilities as I did in my first job! The only difference this time around, I am focusing in on what I know so many families need; strong and directed guidance in navigating all of the adult agencies, and finding the best fit for your student as well as your whole family. I have learned a lot, I still love learning more every day, and most of all, I found a career that really isn't a job, it's my way of life.
